What I offer
I offer bespoke movement packages to meet your needs. Whether yoga, qigong or stretch and strengthening work, my aim is to give you something you can take away with you; a sequence you can do in your own time, or the confidence to join public classes.
As a starting point, I recommend a 1:1 or 1:2 session at the studio, online or at your home. Here I will incorporate different practices to find a plan that will best address your needs.

My background
My background in teaching yoga and Qigong, alongside my understanding of the human anatomy, gives me a unique position in which I am able to draw from a mix practices and create a style of teaching that both understands the importance of strength and alignment, as well as working with the subtle energy body for deeper healing and balance.

Why move?
No matter your shape, size, ability or preference, movement is for everyone. Whether it’s yoga, qigong, strength training, or some gentle stretching, there is something for you.
Our bodies carry us every day, yet we often overlook the immense effort and energy this demands until they can no longer meet our needs. To ensure longevity, we must care for our physical selves and learn to anticipate their needs ahead of time.
I believe that to truly look after others, we must first look after ourselves. Incorporating movement practices into your routine will improve your everyday life. We all move at different paces and have different bodies and there is no being the best at it, it is a personal, forever changing journey about connecting deeper to the skin that you live in.
