Rooted in the principles of seasonal living and the Five Elements of Chinese Medicine, this course weaves together breath work, mindful movement, and meditation practices.

Building on our knowledge each week, these 1 hour sessions will provide practical tools for you to take away with you to help regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and nurture a sense of calm amidst the pressures and demands of our everyday lives.

Starting with Winter, each 6 week course will be focused seasonally.

Qigong is a system of self-healing rooted in Chinese medicine, it involves a variety of gentle movements, meditative breathing exercises, and mental techniques that help cultivate and balance the life force, or “Qi” (vital energy).

Qigong exercises work by increasing the circulation of blood and Qi in the body, balancing the energies of Yin and Yang, and ensuring that Qi flows smoothly through the meridians, or energy pathways.
